Quotes for mono-Si wafers are based on low-resistance ones.
The price quotes for mono-Si wafers are based on 175-um wafers. Thinner wafers are calculated according to the formula.

Due to changes to multi-Si wafer market structure, PV InfoLink provide adjusted prices for Chinese and overseas multi-Si wafers:
The high price refers to those doped with high-efficiency multi-Si wafers (Customized wafers with a certain range of lifetime and resistivity).
The average and low prices refer to mid-efficiency wafers.

With previously signed orders and delivery cycle taken into consideration, the original average price column for foreign mono-Si PERC modules will lag amid faster price fluctuations.
Owing to the expansion of price difference between spot prices and the prices previous long-term orders were signed at, mono-Si PERC module “spot price” column is added since this month to differentiate from the previous foreign spot price and long-term order price column.
In response to increased power output, Mono PERC module quotes have been revised up for  355-365(60pcs) / 430-440W(72pcs) since the beginning of April.
The average module prices take into account lead times and therefore has a lag when prices changed rapidly. As the price difference between recent spot prices and the prices for long-term contracts signed earlier widens significantly, please refer to the “high price” column for spot prices.

Module utilization rates dropped further, driving up BOM inventory pressures

March 31, 2021

Due to high polysilicon and wafer prices, module manufacturers cut production in March and April. It have brought to module BOM and cell makers huge inventory pressures, which have sent the six-month-long high glass prices to decline markedly.

Cell profits continue shrinking as upstream price increases show no sign of stopping

March 17, 2021

In response to price hikes across upstream supply chain, some cell makers lower utilization rates, and thus restrain outputs. Against these backdrops, Tier-2 and Tier-3 manufacturers rarely sign new orders.

Cell prices not going up as module production further reduced

March 10, 2021

The polysilicon price surge urged major module makers to raise price quotes. Thus, the standoff between cell and module manufacturers has not been looking up. With reducing utilization rates of their in-house module lines, cell prices not going up.
