Conclusion

From January to June, Europe accounted for about 40% of China’s module exports. As traditional markets near saturation, manufacturers have turned to emerging markets, with smaller Southeast Asian countries and African countries initiating PV projects. Africa saw notable growth in the first half of the year.

In early Q3, manufacturers may find opportunities to advance procurement and restocking, driven by changes in China’s export tax rebate policy, slight module price increases from policy shifts, and low inventory levels in some non-China markets, all of which are key points to watch this quarter.
